1. Agreement

By using BankStatement Excel ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. You must be 18+ to use this Service.

2. Service Description

We convert bank statement PDFs to Excel/CSV/JSON.

3. Important Disclaimers

SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS". Conversion results may contain errors. You must verify all data before use. This is not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for purpose. Use at your own risk.

4. Payment & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime (takes effect end of billing period).

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE except for major failures under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must not:

• Upload malware or illegal content
• Attempt unauthorized access or disruption
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute the Service

You are solely responsible for your uploaded files and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use.

6. Data & Files

Your files are stored securely in Australia. You can delete files anytime. You retain all rights to your content.

7. Limitation of Liability

OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE LESSER OF $100 AUD OR WHAT YOU PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

We are not liable for: indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, conversion errors, service interruptions, or third-party failures.

This does not affect rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Service Availability

Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access for Terms violations. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Victoria, Australia law. Disputes must first be resolved through negotiation.
